Pellicles are transparent films which prevent the adhesion of dust on photomasks, which would cause exposure defects in the photolithography process. Asahi Kasei E-materials produces pellicles in a wide range of sizes for applications ranging from semiconductors to LCD panels. With exceptional technology for highly uniform film-formation under strict cleanroom conditions, holds the world's leading share of the market for pellicles for large LCD panels. The distribution network includes sales channels in Korea and Taiwan.

Photoproducts

SunMorfee™V is environmentally friendly flame retardant insulation film, developed originally by Sun Delta, made of polycarbonate with non-brominated and non-phosphate retardant. Also thermoplastic elastomer thermal conduction sheet “SunMorfee™T”is a silicon free sheet with excellent heat conductivity, flame resistance, and electric isolative properties.
