Photosensitive polyimide/PBO PIMEL™ is a liquid photosensitive material widely used in the worldwide market for semiconductor buffer coating and package application.

PIMEL™ has various series of solvent developable negative /TMAH developable positive tone type lineups based on Polyimide/Polybenzoxazole(PBO) precursor etc, which has good heat / chemical resistances and electronic / mechanical properties.
