Polarizing Beam Splitter WGF™PBS
Polarizing beam splitter, PBS with WGF™ has stable optical performance in a wide range AOI. Even in the optical system with reducing lenses, the color and polarization do not change partially, which can be expected to improve quality of imaging inspection. If you are already using a half mirror, you can expect an improvement in brightness by replacing it with WGF™ PBS.
- WGF™ PBS can be offered the wide range of the size up to about 50 mm.
We are considering developing 1 inch size PBS as a standard model. - Glass with a refractive index according to the equipment can be selected.
