IR10100

The IR10100 is the smallest photovoltaic mid- infrared sensor, based on an evolutionary InSb p-i-n structure. It detects wavelength from 2 to 7m at room temperature, suitable for human body detection, proximity sensing, non-contact thermometry, and NDIR gas sensing.
