PWM control Pre-Driver IC
Asahi Kasei has the unique mixed signal technologies using CMOS process. The AK7361 consists of PWM speed controller, drivers, locked rotor protection and so on. The AK7361 can drive external power MOS FETs. The AK7361 can compensate the input PWM duty to provide linear motor revolutions response. It is suitable for 12V brush-less motors for PC FANs.
