The following is a list of commonly used grades by component in the automotive industry.

Interior and exterior parts(ABS, PP)

Excellent colour change performance for PP. UP Grade can clean up initial black spots and stains during PP moulding. Suitable for PP blow and injection moulding.

Combines high cleaning power and low residue for a wide range of resins, enabling cleaning and sealing of hot runners with cleaning power second only to newEX.

Engine compartment parts(PA6, PA66, PA46, PA9T, PPS, PA6T, PP)

Combustion system parts(HDPE, EVOH, PPS-GF, POM, PA11, PA12, TPU)

Electrical parts(PBT, PA66, PPS, PPE)

Optical Components(PC, PMMA)

Effective for switching from other resins to PC, where transparency is required, and effective for changing resins at 280-360℃ with excellent low residue in PC.

newE Grade is ideal for transparent and high-flow resins where low residue is desired. It can be switched at low temperatures and can also clean engineering plastics such as PA6 and POM.

newEX Grade has the industry's highest level of cleaning effectiveness. Glass fibres are added to this grade, and it has excellent cleaning power even for difficult-to-clean resins and contamination.

Injection Blow Bottle(PET, PS)

newEX Grade has the industry's highest level of cleaning effectiveness. Glass fibres are added to this grade, and it has excellent cleaning power even for difficult-to-clean resins and contamination.

U Grade is versatile, with an unequalled balance between cleaning power and residue. The next strongest grade after newEX Grade, and you can use it for sealing and hot runners.

Suitable for transparent resins and high-flow resins where you require low residue. You can switch and clean engineering plastics such as PA6 and POM at low temperatures.　You can use it for selaing and hot runners.

Hollow container(PE, PP, PET, PS)

An excellent colour change performance for PE. UB Grade can clean up initial black spots and stains during PE moulding. Suitable for PE blow and injection moulding.

U Grade is versatile, with an unequalled balance between cleaning power and residue. The next strongest grade after newEX Grade, and you can use it for sealing and hot runners.

Bottle caps and bottle pumps(PE, PP, PET)

newEX Grade has the strongest cleaning power against difficult-to-clean resins and contamination. newEX contains glass fibre.

U Grade is versatile, with an unequalled balance between cleaning power and residue. The next strongest grade after newEX Grade, and you can use it for sealing and hot runners.

Toothbrush and other toiletries(PMMA, PP)

Excellent colour change performance for PP. UP Grade can clean up initial black spots and stains during PP moulding. Suitable for PP blow and injection moulding.

Combines high cleaning power and low residue for a wide range of resins, enabling cleaning and sealing of hot runners with cleaning power second only to newEX.

newM Grade is specialized for PMMA, for which transparency is required, and it performs well in changing the colour of PMMA. You can also use it for sealing at the time of shutdown to prevent oxidation of the resin.

Ballpoint pens and other stationery(PP)

newEX Grade has the industry's highest level of cleaning effectiveness. Glass fibres are added to this grade, and it has excellent cleaning power even for difficult-to-clean resins and contamination.

High cleaning power grade for high temperatures (280-420℃) such as PPS, PEEK, LCP, and PEI. PX2 Grade can suppress smoke generation.

Exterior parts(PPl, PC, PC/ABS, ABS, PA6)

Effective for switching from other resins to PC, where transparency is required, and effective for changing resins at 280-360℃ with excellent low residue in PC.

newM Grade is specialized for PMMA, for which transparency is required, and it performs well in changing the colour of PMMA. You can also use it for sealing at the time of shutdown to prevent oxidation of the resin.

newEX Grade has the strongest cleaning power against difficult-to-clean resins and contamination. newEX contains glass fibre.
