| Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corp. and its subsidiary Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. (hereinafter collectively "Mitsubishi Chemical") and Asahi Kasei Corp. and its subsidiary Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corp.
