BEMCOTWiper performance criteria
Bemcot™ wipers meet all of the essential criteria for outstanding wiper performance, with a superiority over other wipers that is clearly evident in their relative freedom from fiber and impurities release and in their absorbency, anti-static, solvent-resistance, and other key properties.

Freedom from fiber & particle release.
Water absorbency
High-speed, large-volume water absorption.
Solvent resistance
Freedom from impurities elution and loss of strength under exposure to solvents.
Purity
Freedom from binders and activated surfactants.
Softness
Freedom from damage to wiped surfaces.
Heat resistance
Freedom from decomposition and degradation under heating.
Anti-static effect
Freedom from electrostatic build-up and discharge.
Economy
True economy, high per-wiper work volume.
Ecoefficiency
High environmental sustainability, low environmental burden.

Visual-fiber release, by wet shake test
Test method: Wiper submerged in water, agitated ultrasonically, and removed.
Water next passed through black filter paper, which is then visually inspected for fiber deposits from the wiper.

Wiper purity, by mirror-wafer test
Test method: Drop of water (0.1 mL) placed on silicon wafer,
next wiped off by wiper. Wafer surface then photographed,
and photo visually inspected for marks due to wiping.
