Analytical sensitivity and quantitative comparison between
NanoAct and Colloidal Gold.

These 2 studies were conducted by DCN Diagnostics using identical materials in an optimized full strip format.

Study 1 hCG Assay

NanoAct shows greater LOD and smaller %CV than CG.

  • *n=10 in each concentration , *Test Lines (after 15 minutes) were compared by reader (mV), *LOD : Limit of Detection,

  • *materials: antibodies, conjugate pads, nitrocellulose membranes, absorbent pads, and sample pads (Study 1), blood separation filters (Study 2)

Study 2 Troponin Assay

NanoAct enables to detect 0.03ng/ml of Troponin I.

Clinical Test Influenza Assay

The product using NanoAct™ shows good sensitivity and specificity.
