Analytical sensitivity and quantitative comparison between NanoAct™ and Colloidal Gold.

These 2 studies were conducted by DCN Diagnostics using identical materials in an optimized full strip format.

Test Data 1

NanoAct shows greater LOD and smaller %CV than CG.

*n=10 in each concentration , *Test Lines (after 15 minutes) were compared by reader (mV), *LOD : Limit of Detection, *%CV = σ/Ave. ×100 (%),

*materials: antibodies, conjugate pads, nitrocellulose membranes, absorbent pads, and sample pads (Study 1), blood separation filters (Study 2)

  • For other targets, NanoAct™ shows better sensitivity than CG and Latex.

NanoAct enables to detect 0.03ng/ml of Troponin I.

The sensitivity and specificity comparison between the product using NanoAct and commercialized products available in Japan.

The product using NanoAct was compared to commercialized products using Colloidal Gold and Color Latex with two types of clinical samples.
