    Based on years of experience with ETHANATM and EleaseTM cleaning technology, as well as collaboration with Sumitomo 3M Ltd. in using Novec HFE (hydrofluoroether) as the solvent base, Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation developed the new fluorinated solvent, ElnovaTM with zero ozone depletion potential.
    ElnovaTM, an alternative to 2nd generation chlorofluorocarbons, HCFC, is a low emission, highly functional cleaning solvent with powerful cleaning properties and oil segregating ability, suitable for the field of precision cleaning.
