MMEV SDK is available on CD-ROM, includes an MMEV engine, a development license and the following
 
MMEV encoding tool
  Running on a Windows PC, this is a tool to encode WAV or linear PCM voice data into compressed MMEV format.

MMEV engine and development libraries
 
The following engines are available:

MMEV encoder
(Compresses PCM format data into MMEV format.)
MMEV decoder
(Decompresses MMEV format data into PCM format.)
MMEV CODEC
(A single engine for both compression and decompression.)
 
Sample source code which calls the MMEV API.

OS: Windows 2000/XP

MPU: 266 MHz Pentium or faster

RAM: 64 MB or more

Purchasing MMEV SDK
  A license agreement is required for the purchase of MMEV SDK. Developers should specify their development platform: Windows, ARM, SH, etc. The MMEV engine and development license specific to the desired platform are included in MMEV SDK.

Notes:  
A development environment for application development is not included. Developers should prepare the appropriate development environment.

Runtime license
 
A runtime license is required to use applications developed with MMEV in commercially produced products. The development license included with MMEV SDK does not include a license for commercial production. A runtime license for commercial use must be agreed separately.
