Necessity of oil-absorbent mat

Security of workers (prevention of accidents)
Around kitchen fryers or in workplaces of factories, oil is dispersed to produce slippery floors.
We recommend that you lay oil-absorbent mats on floors of the above-mentioned places to prevent your workers from falling on slippery floors.
Prevent spread of stains on shoe soles
Stains on shoe soles can be cleaned on oil-absorbent mats on floors.

Example applications of Lookmat®

Example 1: Major Supermarket A
Employees slipped accidentally around fryers (Work accident).
A competing product was used, but it was replaced by our Lookmat®, which comes on a longer roll than the old one, and is less expensive per roll.
Example 2: Supermarket B
Cardboard sheets were laid around fryers, but for hygienic reasons, our Lookmat® was adopted.
Although costs are higher, their corporate efforts to make their kitchens "More hygienic, safer" resulted in adoption of oil absorbent mats.
Example 3: Major bread maker C
Lookmat® is laid around floors of their fried dough manufacturing line.
Example 4: Major metalworking company D
Our Lookmat® is used to absorb oil which is generated during metal working processes.
They adopted our product because the amount of oil absorbed is larger than those of competing products and the frequency of replacement of mats is less.

Precautions for use

Be sure to use our mats with the label sides facing upward.
The front (label) side of our product is hard to become fluffy and the back side is suitable for absorbing and retaining oil.
If you run on a mat, it may slide on the floor.
Use only to absorb oil.
