Cotton linter is the base material for Bemliese™, and Asahi Kasei further improves the natural liquid retention capability of cotton with its own, original technology.

As a continuous filament nonwoven, Bemliese™ is completely free of additives, oil solution or binding agents. This results in a wipe that generates very little extractable impurities, thus further reducing the amount of impurities transferred to the object to be wiped.
