Microwave-ability

SUNTEC S FILM has high heat resistance, so the film does not heat-bond after microwaving. In addition, since there is minimal secondary shrinkage, the container is hardly deformed after heating in the microwave.

Comparison of microwave heating

The images below show the results of heating boxed lunches in a microwave oven after packaging them with SUNTEC S FILM (M600) and PO stretch film, and stacking them in two layers.

Measurement of adhesion temperature between films

(This is the temperature when two or three lunch boxes are stacked and heated in a microwave oven.)

○: No bonding △: Bonds but peels off ×: Bonds

Caution

When microwaving foods for heating purposes, make sure that the temperature of the product does not exceed 100℃ and that there is no obvious softening, deformation, or melting (pitting) before use.

(Note) This does not guarantee that the product can be used in a microwave oven.
