- Although ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene has been said to be very hard to process despite having excellent properties, AEC's engineering capability has made it possible to mold it as rollers or guide rails, which are then offered as materials for conveyance with high cost performance in a wide area, from iron and steel to foods.
- We manufacture rollers and guide rails on your order product size in terms of roller diameter (φ20 - φ360) and resin thickness (3t-40t).
We also replace the coating material of your supplied iron core and manufacture conveyor assemblies. - As standard articles, rollers which consist of general-purpose free rollers with a 3-mm thick AS resin coat (outer size: 30, 54, 63, 66 and 82) are available. (ASS roller)
