Our company holds multiple domestic and international patent rights covering various technologies used to produce microporous membranes used as separators for lithium-ion batteries (LIB). The technologies protected by these patents are customized in response to customer requests to manufacture HIPORE™ LIB battery separators, which are widely recognized for their contribution to battery safety and performance.

The manufacture, sale or use of LIB separators produced using technology protected by our patents, or the manufacture, sale or use of lithium-ion batteries using such separators, without our written permission may constitute an infringement of our patent rights. Furthermore, the manufacture, sell or use of final products (electric vehicles, mobile devices, etc.) that utilize such batteries may also potentially infringe on our patent rights.

If you intend to manufacture, sell or use LIB separators, lithium-ion batteries, or any final products that contain them, we kindly ask that you take care not to infringe upon our IP rights, including, but not limited to, the patents listed below.

We are committed to protecting and enforcing our IP to safeguard our assets and our customers and are prepared to take strict legal actions against any activities that infringe upon, or may infringe upon, these IP rights.

Additionally, the technology related to HIPORE™ may be protected by one or more of the patents listed below. It may also be protected by other patents not listed below or by patents currently pending.
