Gianni Crespi Foderami is an italian family run business since 1921. The production was initially in cotton fabrics and silk scarves. The inclusions in the next 40 years of artificial fibers lead to the specialization in linings. In the 60s there was a remarkable development under the leadership of Gianni Crespi, the founder’s grandson. In 2012 the company signed a tangible commitment for the elimination of hazardous chemicals in agreement with ZDHC strict requirements: the challenge was faced with reliability and diligence, through changes and important investments. Today a concrete program of implementation of sustainability issues still in place.

We manufacture linings for high quality clothing. Our raw material is the yarn that we buy from the best manufacturers in the world. We are a vertically organized for the following phases of the production process: sectional warping, sizing, weaving (air jet looms), raw fabric inspection, dyeing, finishing, finished fabric inspection, packing and shipment. Directly controlling the process steps, we work constantly to achieve high levels of quality of service and product.
Product Introduction
We produce high quality garment linings for men, women and children in line with the most stringent requirements of the major fashion and luxury brands.
We have a wide selection of Bemberg® linings. The qualities of major interest are handled in a stock service with prompt delivery in a wide range of colors, however the fundamental importance of our production is the manufacture of linings to order.
We can supply Oeko-Tex Standard 100, FSC, GRS and RCS certified products.
