İpeker is a fully integrated, family-owned textile mill, which produces sustainable fashion fabrics.
Origin of the İpeker textile business dates back to the late 1800’s when the family has started the vertical silk production.
Today İpeker actively operates in five fields which are;
İpeker Fashion, İpeker Home, İpeker Tech, İpeker Doca (Seamless) and İpeker Investment Company.
Business Content
İpeker produces woven(dobby/jacquards), circular and seamless knitted Bemberg™ products. All types of dyeing, printing, finishing and embroidery options on Bemberg™ are great strengths of İpeker. İpeker uses 100 % renewable energy since 2020. Weaving capacity including jacquard looms is 210.
Computer controlled automated 31 jet machines and 1 continuous dyeing machine are all managed through automated color and chemical dosing systems. 2 rotary printing machines, 5 vaporization machines, 4 continuous treatment machines, 2 singeing machines and a full sanforizing machine are strengths of İpeker. Total of 6 finishing stenter frames, 1 continuous tumbler, 1 dry tumbler, 1 wet tumbler, and 1 crepe machine are the finishing power of İpeker. İpeker has a fully equipped color and testing laboratories. 1 continuous branding machine and 18 inspection machines are for top quality control.
Product Introduction
İpeker produces woven, circular and seamless knitted Bemberg™ products. İpeker introduces 100 % Bemberg™ collections, and mix of Bemberg™ with elastane, viscose, tencel, modal, polyamide, polyester, acetate, linen, hemp, cotton and bamboo. Printed and solid product ranges are available through fashion, home, athleisure, and technical fabrics.
