Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is intended for the treatment of patients with acute kidney failure* (renal insufficiency) which cannot be effectively treated with intermittent hemodialysis or hemofiltration. CCRT slowly and gently balances body fluids over an extended period of time to improve the patient’s condition.
