Model Study
Comparison of performance between NanoAct ™ and colloidal gold
The following two studies were conducted by DCN Diagnostics using identical materials in an optimized full strip format.
NanoAct ™ showed greater LOD (limit of detection) and smaller %CV.
*n=10 in each concentration , *Test Lines (after 15 minutes) were compared by reader (mV), *LOD : Limit of Detection,
*%CV = σ/Ave. ×100 (%),
*materials: antibodies, conjugate pads, nitrocellulose membranes, absorbent pads, and sample pads (Study 1), blood separation filters (Study 2)
NanoAct ™ showed a detection limit of 0.03 ng/mL of Troponin I (TnI).
