Alliance Management

Alliance management at Asahi Kasei Pharma begins before the execution of an agreement formalizing the collaboration. During agreement negotiations, we confirm that a governance structure is constructed to allow the partners to effectively communicate and interact for the purpose of maximizing the potential and value of the opportunities overseen by the agreement.

We assign an alliance manager to champion the collaboration within Asahi Kasei Pharma and to liaise with the manager's counterpart in our partner's organization. During research and development, the alliance manager is charged with the success of the project and to ensure rapid and efficient communication and action between various organizational elements in each partner organization.

To ensure continued success of a collaboration after marketing approval for a product is granted, we assign an alliance manager to continue to champion the collaboration.
