What are its electrical properties?
SunForce™ uses mPPE as its main raw material, and as such has electrical properties derived from the properties of this resin and also has low dielectric properties among resins. As a result, it can reduce the amount of electromagnetic wave attenuation at high frequencies, and is expected to be used in the information and communications field. Is it considered as an incombustible material?
SunForce™ is not incombustible material.
Is it waterproof?
A small amount of water may be transmitted between the beads if constantly in contact with water.
Why is it flame-retardant?
When SunForce™ is ignited, its surface carbonizes and self-extinguishes. Please refer to the registered standards for flame retardancy (see Flame retardancy

What is the foaming agent used?
An inorganic gas is used in foaming process. In expanded beads and molded products, the inside of the bead cell is replaced by air.
How is it sold?
We sell the expanded beads directly to the customer. Molded products are sold by steam chest molders and trading companies.
How about sale of standard products such as sheet, board, and block materials?
We do not currently sell SunForce™ in these formats. Sales are currently focused solely on molded products which can be obtained from steam chest molders. Please contact us via the inquiry form if you need block material for cutting (Inquiry here).
