| Asahi Kasei Chemicals (Head office, Tokyo; President, Masaki Sakamoto), Idemitsu Kosan (Head office, Tokyo; President, Kazuhisa Nakano), and Mitsubishi Chemical (Head office, Tokyo; President, Yoshimitsu Kobayashi) have reached agreement for the transfer of all the shares held by Mitsubishi Chemical in PS Japan Corp., the joint venture of the three companies for polystyrene operations, to Asahi Kasei Chemicals and Idemitsu Kosan. |
