What is Asaclean™?
Since its launch in 1990, many customers have supported Asaclean™ as a pioneer in purging compounds for moulding machines. Today, Asaclean™ is used in over 70 countries and regions worldwide, establishing it as a top global brand.
When the product was first released, we designed Asaclean™ to efficiently perform colour and material changeovers on plastic moulding machines in small amounts and in a short time. Subsequent grade development has made it possible to realize a wide range of effects, from removal to the prevention of resin deterioration, including contamination and black spots. It is also used to reduce the defect rate of moulded products.
In 2008, we introduced IMX Grade, a highly functional grade utterly different in design concept from the conventional Asaclean™. This grade further reduces the contamination defect rate and more efficient moulding machine maintenance.
We will continue to provide valuable products for ''loss reduction and efficiency improvement at moulding sites = cost reduction''.
