Complete contamination removal without teardown
When using unique materials such as polypropylene (PP) with flame retardants, cleaning the inside of the machine after moulding is especially important. However, regular cleaning methods make it challenging to push out contamination, necessitating teardown.
However, many customers have successfully switched materials without relying on teardown using Asaclean™'s high cleaning power grades, such as IMX and newEX Grade.
After moulding PP (black) containing flame retardant, the black contamination did not stop discharging with another purging compound and had to be disassembled and cleaned. After cleaning with IMX and newEX Grade, switching to next material was possible without disassembling and cleaning.
