Powerful cleaning of engineering plastics containing glass fibres
Asaclean™ PX2 Grade is a high cleaning power grade optimised for super engineering plastics with a range of 280-420℃ and contains glass fibre. PX2 Grade effectively removes resin residue and burns after moulding, reducing the risk of contamination during production. PX2 Grade produces less smoke even at high temperatures and helps minimise scrap while keeping costs low, thus supporting sustainable manufacturing that considers environmental impact.

Benefits
Removes resin residue and burns after moulding super engineering plastics at 280-420℃, preventing contamination from entering the next run.
PX2 Grade has the highest cleaning power for super-engineering plastics, reducing the amount of scrap and contributing to cost reduction.
Enables production with other resins without teardown even after moulding of super engineering plastics.
