Sealing prevents oxidation of resin film
Asaclean™ SL Grade is a rinsing and sealing grade suitable for general-purpose resins and engineering plastics within the working temperature range of 150-300℃. We specially design for rinsing and sealing after using high-cleaning-type cleaners such as newEX Grade. Sealing of cylinders with SL Grade prevents oxidation of resin coatings and reduces defects at start-up. SL Grade seals cylinders to avoid the oxidation of the resin film and reduce the occurrence of defective products at start-up.
