High cleaning grade specialized for polyethylene

Asaclean™UB Grade specializes in PE moulding applications. It has high colour changeover performance and is suitable for general-purpose resins and engineering plastics in the 170-320℃ range. It effectively cleans initial burns and contaminants in extrusion and injection moulding, reducing the risk of contamination during production and the amount of scrap during PE changeovers.

Properties

Minimum clearance	0.5 mm for hot runner gates & extrusion dies; for extrusion screen packs, nothing finer than 100-mesh screen packs may be used.
Conditions to avoid	Do not exceed the recommended temperature range. Do not allow Asaclean™ UB Grade to reside in barrel for more than 30 minutes at temperatures higher than 280℃. Read SDS carefully and thoroughly before using Asaclean™.
