Optimized for cleaning after PP moulding
UP Grade is a dedicated grade emphasising cleaning power after PP moulding and is particularly excellent in colour change performance. UP Grade applies to general-purpose resins and some engineering plastics in the 170-300℃ range; it efficiently removes initial burns and stains during injection moulding, minimising the amount of scrap.

Benefits
Removes contamination after PP moulding to prevent contamination in the next run.
Reduces the amount of resin scrap generated during PP changeover.
Removes resin residue and contamination in the hot runner after PP moulding, improving production efficiency.
Temperature range
170 - 300℃
Types of resin

Types of machine
Injection moulding (including cylinder and hot runner)
Extrusion (including cylinder and die)
Applications
Properties
Minimum clearance | 0.5 mm for hot runner gates & extrusion dies; for extrusion screen packs, nothing finer than 100-mesh screen packs may be used. |
Conditions to avoid | Do not exceed the recommended temperature range. Do not allow Asaclean™ UP Grade to reside in barrel for more than 30 minutes at temperatures higher than 280℃. Read SDS carefully and thoroughly before using Asaclean™. |
Packaging | 20 kg per bag |
