Asaclean™ newE Grade is a low-residue purging compound optimized for moulding transparent and high-flow resins. You can use newE Grade at low temperatures. newE Grade is also suitable for cleaning styrene resins and some engineering plastics (PA6, POM). The quick material changeover to transparent colour saves you time and costs.

Benefits

Compatibility with styrene and low residuals allow for smooth colour changeover when changing to natural or transparent colours.

Reduces the previous resin residue left inside T-die and hot runner, thereby improving production efficiency.

Conditions to avoid	Do not exceed the recommended temperature range. Do not allow Asaclean™ newUP Grade to reside in barrel for more than 30 minutes at temperatures higher than 280℃. Read SDS carefully and thoroughly before using Asaclean™.
