RX Grade offers top cleaning performance

RX supports a wide range of resins across a broad temperature range of 180 to 330℃. With added glass fiber, it excels at removing carbonized contamination while requiring less material, making it highly cost-effective. It is suitable for various applications, from color changes to material changes. This product combines safety and economy, contributing to the optimization of your manufacturing process.

General-purpose resins within 180-300℃: PS (polystyrene), HIPS (high impact polystyrene), PP (polypropylene), HDPE (high-density polyethene), PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

Minimum clearance	For more information about the clearance between the hot runner gate and the extrusion die, please get in touch with us using the inquiry form.
Conditions to avoid	Do not exceed the recommended temperature range. Do not allow Asaclean™ RX Grade to reside in barrel for ANY period of time at ANY temperature. Do not use for sealing Read SDS carefully and thoroughly before using Asaclean™.
