Low-residue type grade optimized for cleaning sheet and blown film extrusions.

Ideal for PE sheet and blown film moulding

Asaclean™ UF2 Grade is superior for sheet and blown film moulding machines featuring low residual properties. It can remove fish-eye and fillet at the initial stage of film and sheet production, minimizing contamination generation after resin replacement. UF2 Grade is also suitable for sealing applications in cylinders, preventing oxidation of the resin film and reducing contamination generation when operation is resumed.

Benefits

UF2 Grade can remove fish eyes and initial burns of blown film and sheet and suppress generating contamination after material changeovers.

UF2 Grade has the best colour and material changeover efficiency for PE in T-die extrusion and reduces the amount of scrap.

Sealing in the cylinder at a standstill prevents oxidation of the resin film and reduces contamination at startup.

Properties

Minimum clearance	Requires 0.01 mm clearance for hot runner gates and extrusion dies; 200-mesh is required for extrusion screen packs when only 1 layer of mesh is used.
Conditions to avoid	Do not exceed the recommended temperature range. Do not allow Asaclean™ UF2 Grade to reside in barrel for more than 30 minutes at temperatures higher than 280℃. Read SDS carefully and thoroughly before using Asaclean™.
