Asahi Kasei supports the recycling of filtration waste for customers using Microza®. This service aims to recycle waste generated in the filtration process, providing comprehensive support from sample analysis to optimal supply chain design and operational maintenance.

1. Policy Review for Recycling Through Sample Analysis

Alongside consideration of Microza® introduction, sample analysis of residues generated in the filtration process is conducted for interested customers on a paid basis. This allows for prior investigation of whether concentrated residues can be reused as resources and examines the potential for recycling.

2. Supply Chain Design for Filtration Residue Recycling

If recycling is possible, optimal supply chain design is provided, including selection of transporters. Advice on storage and collection methods is also offered to maximize cost reduction and reduce customer burden.

3. Operational and Maintenance Support After Introduction

Comprehensive support is provided from the start of filtration waste recycling operations through to maintenance.
