Reproducing Actual Equipment Performance with Small-Scale Testing
The test module miniaturizes the UF and MF membrane performance of actual equipment. It enables simple testing of separation performance (presence or absence of target substances) and operating or cleaning conditions with a small sample, supporting scale-up considerations.

Features
Features of Pencil-Type Module
Small-scale testing is possible for processing volumes of several hundred mL.
Simple separation performance checks support easy membrane selection.
Filtration experiments can be conducted immediately using a handheld pump under low pressure and low linear velocity conditions.
A full lineup of UF (ultrafiltration) and MF (microfiltration) membranes is available, making it easy to select the appropriate membrane for the application.
Operation is even easier when using the separately sold pencil unit.
Features of Lab Module
Optimal operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, cleaning, etc.) can be identified with a view toward full-scale implementation.
By collecting engineering data, it is possible to estimate the required number of membranes and approximate installation costs.
Through paid sample testing at our technical center, we evaluate items necessary for scale-up, such as optimal operating conditions, chemical cleaning design, filtration rate measurement, and backwash effectiveness assessment.
For samples that are difficult to take off-site, rental of test equipment and technical lectures are also available.
