Analysis Service for Used Hollow Fiber Membranes

We provide performance analysis services for used modules to determine appropriate membrane module replacement intervals and review chemical cleaning conditions. Analysis includes channel blockage, water permeability, fiber property evaluation, leakage status, and membrane degradation.

Operational Advice for Water Treatment Processes

When there are fluctuations in raw water quality or changes in raw water conditions after operation, it is necessary to review operating conditions. We propose optimization of operating conditions by reviewing the frequency of chemical cleaning and the types and concentrations of chemicals used. We can also consult on issues related to the operation of existing membrane filtration systems using other companies' products.

Lifespan Diagnosis Service for Water Treatment Process Membranes

Membrane lifespan varies greatly depending on actual operating conditions. Plants operating at 100% year-round and those at 50% show differences in membrane degradation. Microza® uses information on existing operating conditions and membrane analysis, applying long-standing expertise to diagnose membrane filtration degradation and lifespan.

Performance Maintenance Service with Remote Monitoring (for WFI Equipment)

For WFI (Water for Injection) equipment, we offer performance maintenance services with remote monitoring to ensure stable operation and efficient management. Examples of specific services are as follows.

  • Regular Monitoring of Operating Status via Remote Supervision
    Remote monitoring of pressure, flow rate, temperature, tank water level, and bio-particles is conducted twice daily.
  • Maintain Stable Operation with Semiannual Comprehensive Inspections
    Air leak inspections, consumable replacement, and steam sterilization are performed.
  • Membrane Replacement Every Two Years
