Systems for Microza
Membrane filtration systems
We design and manufactre membrane filtration systems, including those for test phase and large-scale facilities, by our software technology based on our knowledge.
We are offering diverse support services, including small and laboratory-scale testing,
manufacturing of commercial-scale membrane filtration systems and technical support after installation,
and support customers who use Microza products with satisfaction.
We have over 100 products and you can choose one optimum membrane from very wide range of lineup
Service until System Installation
We are also providing designing and manufacturing services of membrane filtration systems as well as hollow fiber membranes. Sample testing at Asahi Kasei R&D center and lending of testing equipment is also possible depending on your purpose.
Customer Support after Installation
To realize the stable operation of Microza installations, technical support is provided by a Japanese or oversea engineer whenever necessary. Analysis of used hollow fiber membranes is also available, facilitating you to find out the appropriate replacement period based on your filtration targets and operation conditions.
Contribution to SGDs
Microza has been widely used in various countries of the world in the process of recycling wastewater into industrial water by further purifying treated wastewater from sewage plants and industrial wastewater, greatly contributing to solving the water resource issue, which is one of the SDGs.
